Everyone was so nice and helpful through the whole process. And when our trailer arrived, Scott & Kevin were just fantastic. We were in awe of how skilled and professional they were. "We just received our new trailer on March 15th. I just want to let anyone who is thinking of buying an RV to please go to Timber View RV. You will not be disappointed. Our old trailer was traded in and the new trailer was being brought to Effingham, IL. We were of course very nervous of how things would be run, since it is quite a job to switch out one trailer to another. I must say, all the nerves were for nothing. Scott and Rich pulled in at the exact time they said they would arrive. They were so professional and so friendly. They worked like a fine machine together. It amazed me on how efficiently the new trailer was brought in. They never stopped working and set it up perfectly. If something was not quite right they quickly made adjustments which I must say were very few. I want to thank them for such a pleasant experience. They are true professionals. Also our salesman Dan was very easy to work with and there was no pressure at all. He took care of all our needs and there was never a hard sell. Once again, please if you are looking for a new or used RV, please go and see them. Thank you so much for our beautiful trailer and your hard work. It is a dream. "Our trailer was delivered as promised Wednesday morning. The move went rather smoothly; even the weatherman cooperated. Rich and Kevin were fantastic. I couldn't believe how hard they worked and how concerned they were that everything was done to our satisfaction. We are still in the process of finding places for everything in the new trailer, sorting and organizing. Next week we will start working on extending our deck. Our older son is going to take a couple of days off of work to help us do that. Anyway, this email is just a small way of saying "thank you" to you, Rich, and Kevin, and all of the other fine people at Timber View RV for a job well done! "

"the sales was great and so was the Demo of the trailer before it left the shop. i want to thank Scott in helping setup the trailer at the campsite. the only negative was the gray water tank was never emptied from the previous owners of the camper. besides that for my 2nd owned trailer i like it... thanks again i would of gave a 5 star on overall but the gray water hurt it just a little. i look forward to working with them in future buys "

"We puirchased a used Travel Trailer from Paul - he was great - we picked it up after our orientation on how to use all things on it and our first trip out was not for a few weeks. It went well and we found some minor issues with our camper - taliked with Ed in service and he has been great getting things taken care of for us. The guys here are great and very easy to deal with. We will use them to store our camper and service it until our next purchase and we will go right back to them for that when the time comes. Thanks guys!"

"Talk about easy and no pressure. we looked at the 298RE right after the R.V. show 2011, didn't pull the trigger. looked again around June '11 again we weren't ready. NO problem, No pressure. Finally in August we were ready and Timberview made us a "SUPER" deal. set up financing and we took delivery 1 week later. we love it. And with the storage it is a true 1 stop shop. Rick and Don know how to treat a customer right."

"Don't waste your valuable time shopping around for the best camper or best deal Timber View Rv not only has the best selection and pricing but they've got knowledge you won't find anywhere with NO pressure .This is my second travel trailer that I purchased here in less than 6 months. Paul and Dan helped me find exactly what my family was looking for, gave me the best deal on my trade without having me bring it there, Paul and Dan are 5 star plus guys.
